Saleh Ahmed is a research fellow at the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion. He is currently pursuing his Master of Public Health degree at Boston University, concentrating in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. His work and studies focus on applying epidemiologic methods—including study design, data analysis, and interpretation—to better understand and address the health needs of communities. He is particularly interested in how research can be translated into real-world impact, from infectious disease outbreaks to chronic disease prevention and health promotion. Outside of work, Saleh enjoys cooking, working out, spending time outside with friends, and most importantly, being with his cat Mochi.
