Be Well With Migraine: BE WELL with Migraine is a national research study funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) that compares two virtual group programs designed to help adults better manage migraine and improve quality of life. Psychological trauma among meditation teachers and therapists: National online study for meditation teachers and therapists about difficult experiences during meditation. Participants will fill out surveys online via REDCap. Vagus Nerve Stimulation and Mindfulness for Healthier Alcohol Consumption Habits: Boston-area study for young adults who engage in heavy drinking. Participants will come in-person twice to our Malden office and use a noninvasive vagus nerve stimulation device while practicing mindfulness and viewing images of alcohol.
