Welcome to the One CHA Everybody Behaviors mindfulness practices website, a collaboration between the CHA Center for Mindfulness and Compassion and CHA Wellbeing. Practicing Everybody Behaviors on your own and with your team may support your wellbeing and a growth-oriented culture of learning and openness. Below are mindfulness recordings and scripts for each skill area. After listening to the recording(s), we have a 4-question survey and would love your feedback here.

Attention On Task

These practices will support the cognitive and emotional resources needed to pause, re-set, think, and then pay attention to detail when we act.

Compassionate Connection

These practices will support compassionate connection to both self and other, in order to listen and act more empathetically.

Clear Communication

These practices will support external and internal mindful listening, which can help us listen more attentively to others, and to ourselves, to learn when we need to speak up for ourselves
