Bryan Cadel, JD practiced law at major insurance companies for over 30 years and now teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and other secular mindfulness practices to individuals and organizations that seek to improve well-being and effectiveness in work and life. Through his programs, participants learn to access and cultivate their own natural capacity to actively engage in caring for themselves and to find greater balance, ease, and peace of mind.
Bryan offers mindfulness programs in workplaces, retreat centers, health and wellness facilities, centers that serve marginalized and underserved communities, and as one-on-one coaching. His programs are a complement to traditional medical and psychological treatments in helping to treat a range of physical and emotional conditions.
Bryan was trained in MBSR at the University of Massachusetts Medical School's Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society. He holds a B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. He began his meditation practice in 2004 and has been offering mindfulness programs since 2012.
