TERMS & CONDITIONS
Agreeing to participate in PARTS means:
I am an adult (age 18-75)
I agree to conclude therapy with my current provider in order to join this program, as individual sessions are included in the program.
I live in Massachusetts.
If you do not live in Massachusetts, please explore our options for community programs and live-online classes.
I will be physically located within Massachusetts during the time of each session.
I agree not to attend sessions while in a moving vehicle or intoxicated.
I honor the confidential nature of the group sessions.
DETAILS
Following the promising results of the PARTS study, we're proud to introduce PARTS, an Internal Family Systems (IFS) program offering a non-pathologizing, empowering approach to managing stress, depression, anxiety, pain and adjustment to chronic illness. PARTS provides a safe, compassionate environment to learn how to view thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as “parts” of oneself with open curiosity. PARTS offers opportunities to:
Gain a non-pathologizing, empowering perspective on cognition and emotions
Achieve remarkable results in trauma treatment
Cultivate trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationships
Elevate well-being and maintain an open-hearted practice
Honor individual pace and goals with a patient-centered approach
Location: Online via Google Meet—no software purchase is required, but you will need Internet access and a video-enabled smartphone, tablet or computer.
Payment: Billed to your health insurance as group psychotherapy (Billing Code 90853). We encourage you to check individual coverage and payments with your health insurance provider.
The average group size is 6-10 people, with no more than 12 participants attending each group.
