Mindfulness and Biofeedback for Resilience and Self-regulation: In this 2-Day course, participants will learn how to help themselves and their clients to increase resilience and ability to self-regulate through the skills of mindfulness, acceptance, and compassion integrated with psychophysiological principles of biofeedback. The course will provide participants with hands-on experience with mindfulness and biofeedback. We will cover specific applications of mindfulness and biofeedback techniques in increasing resilience and self-regulation with the goal of improving client outcomes. This workshop is open to all in the community. No meditation or biofeedback experience required. Biofeedback devices and hands-on training will be available as part of the workshop.
