CBCT® (Cognitively-Based Compassion Training) is a meditation-based training with the primary aim of helping to sustain a genuine compassionate responsiveness while buffering against negative effects of empathetic fatigue and burnout. CBCT has been widely researched with a number of promising outcomes, including: increased resilience to stress, improved empathetic accuracy, decreased depression and loneliness, and increased hopefulness. CBCT is offered in collaboration with Emory University.
