8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR)
Over 20,000 people have completed the MBSR Program and learned how to use their innate resources and abilities to respond more effectively to stress, pain, and illness.

Learn tools to foster mindfulness-- reduce stress, enhance resiliency, and face the challenges of everyday life in this 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course at the CHA Center for Mindfulness and Compassion.  All levels of experience with mindfulness and meditation are welcome.
