 Eugenio Garibay began his meditation practice as a method for relating better to his day to day stress and to cultivate inner calmness. Deepening his practice, and taking courses such as MBSR back in Mexico, Eugenio realized that the practice helped him see with clarity the root of his troubles, situations and behaviors. Observing the value in this, he set out to share with others the practice of mindfulness, qualifying himself as a MBSR teacher and continuing his learninh with other courses such as the Cognitively-Based Compassion Therapy and Mindfulness Educator Essentials.
