Welcome! Thank you for your interest in taking one of our 8-week courses!
From the generosity of our community, a limited number of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) Discount Scholarships are available. Complete the application below before registering and once approved, you’ll receive a discount code for a reduced rate of $150. We will get back to you about the status of your scholarship request within one week from the class start. This form will help us understand the impact of this scholarship program, which may help us to find funding for programs like this.
In order to enhance our quality of care, we ask all participants to fill out a demographics form and a 15-minute self-assessment survey before starting the program and then another 15-minute survey and program evaluation form after the program.
