Anna Tarnoff has over ten years of systems, field, and clinical experience working with high-risk populations. She is a licensed mental health therapist with specialized training in somatic-centered approaches to trauma treatment. Most recently, she worked in an Integrative Psychiatry Practice, where she co-designed and facilitated a mindfulness-based group to support patients seeking treatment for opioid use disorders. Anna conducted qualitative research, provided staff training, and designed a mindfulness-based program for high school students in New Mexico. She volunteered as a group facilitator with the New Mexico Suicide Intervention Project, utilizing mindfulness-based interventions to support resiliency amongst teens. Anna is a certified yoga therapist and has been a yoga teacher for over 15-years. She is grateful to be a part of and inspired by the research being done at CMC.
