It gives an opportunity for people to develop ongoing mindfulness and then apply it to improve emotional health, deal with life's challenges, and enrich their lives.

Each session will include:

  • A guided practice
  • Time to discuss the practice and personal challenges along the way
  • Home practice assignments for the week

The group will be ongoing, and asks for a 12 week commitment with an opportunity to re-enroll at the end of the 12 weeks.
